Substitution Policy

If a substitution is required, we will make every effort to advise you before delivery. On occasion it may be necessary to substitute some of the flowers pictured, however the style will remain consistent. We will make every effort to avoid substitution however substitution may be unavoidable and necessary due to factors beyond our control. For example, flowers have seasons which determines what is available at market, demand sometimes exceeds supply, inclement weather conditions affecting our growers. In the case of substitution, we guarantee to always substitute with flowers of equal or greater value to ensure our quality standards are exceeded.

Responsible Use and Conduct
